An agreement has been signed between the Permanent Representative of Germany to the Council of Europe, Ambassador Julius Georg LUY, and the Court’s Registrar, Erik Fribergh, concerning a voluntary contribution of 367 000 euros to a project entitled “the e-Justice project”, based on Hudoc.
