| Description | On 13 and 14 September 2012, Sir Nicolas Bratza, President of the Court, paid an official visit to Andorra. During the visit, he was received by Antoni Martà Petit, Head of Government and Vicenç Mateu Zamora, President of the Parliament. He met Gilbert Saboya Sunyé, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Xavier Espot Zamora, Minister of Interior and Justice. Sir Nicolas Bratza also met Enric Casadevall, President of the Superior Council of Justice, Joan Antoni Ortega-Diaz-Ambrona, President of the Constitutional Tribunal and Josep RodrÃguez Gutiérrez, Ombudsman. Sir Nicolas Bratza was accompanied by Josep Casadevall, Vice-President and judge elected in respect of Andorra and Michael O'Boyle, Deputy Registrar. |
