| Description | On 27 and 28 September 2012, Sir Nicolas Bratza, President of the Court, paid an official visit to Serbia at the invitation of Nata Mesarovic, President of the Supreme Court of Cassation. During the visit, he met Bojan Pajtić, President of the Government and Nebojsa Stefanovic, President of the National Assembly. Sir Nicolas Bratza also met Nikola Selakovic, Minister of Justice and Slobodan Nadrljanski, Acting President of the Appellate Court. During the visit, he participated to an interactive dialogue with Judges of the Supreme Court of Cassation. Sir Nicolas Bratza was accompanied by Dragoljub Popović, the judge elected in respect of Serbia and Michael O'Boyle, Deputy Registrar. |
