| Description | On 16 and 17 June 2011 President Costa paid an official visit to Bulgaria at the invitation of the Supreme Court of Cassation. President Costa was received by Georgi Parvanov, President of the Republic of Bulgaria. He met Lasar Gruev, President of the Supreme Court of Cassation, Tsetska Tsacheva, President of the National Assembly, Yordan Bakalov, President of the Human Rights Commission at the National Assembly and other representatives of the Commission. He also met Nikolay Mladenov, Minister of Foreign Affairs. President Costa was accompanied by Zdravka Kalaydjieva, judge elected in respect of Bulgaria and by Lawrence Early, Section Registrar. |
